Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented UI/UX Designer / Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and crafting visually appealing graphics that elevate our brand and user experience. You will work closely with the development and marketing teams to create intuitive designs that align with user needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance user experience and iterate on designs.
- Ensure all designs follow UX principles and best practices for usability and accessibility.
Graphics Design:
- Create high-quality visual content including icons, illustrations, banners, and other graphic elements for websites, apps, and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual assets.
- Design marketing collateral including social media graphics, advertisements, and brochures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web/mobile design best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
