BMO Human Development Submits MVD V-PRO Phase 2 Development Proposal to Kerala Chief Minister

BMO Human Development Private Limited has submitted the Phase 2 development proposal for its MVD V-PRO project to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri V. D. Satheesan, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen digital transformation and improve citizen access to government services.
The proposal outlines the planned development and expansion of the existing MVD V-PRO platform, which was introduced to digitize Motor Vehicles Department PRO services and provide the public with easier access to departmental information and service-related resources.
During the meeting, BMO presented the proposed next phase of the project and discussed opportunities to enhance the platform through advanced digital technologies, AI-powered citizen assistance and improved integration of public-service information.

The Chief Minister received the proposal and expressed a positive response to the initiative. The proposal represents an important step towards exploring further development of the MVD V-PRO platform and its potential to support more accessible, technology-enabled public services across Kerala.

Advancing MVD V-PRO Through AI and Digital Integration

The proposed Phase 2 development aims to build on the existing platform by exploring new capabilities, including AI-enabled citizen interaction, improved digital service discovery, multilingual assistance and integration with relevant government systems, subject to departmental approvals.
BMO also envisions opportunities to extend the underlying kiosk infrastructure into a broader digital public-service network, enabling citizens to access approved services and information through interactive kiosks at suitable public locations.

BMO’s Commitment to Digital Public Infrastructure

As a technology development company focused on practical digital solutions, BMO Human Development Private Limited continues to explore opportunities to collaborate with government departments and public institutions in developing accessible, scalable and citizen-focused technology platforms.
The submission of the MVD V-PRO Phase 2 proposal marks a further step in BMO’s efforts to develop the project beyond its existing scope and explore new possibilities for digital public-service delivery in Kerala.
BMO looks forward to working with the relevant government departments and authorities to evaluate the proposed developments and determine the next steps towards implementation.
